Receipts/Invoices for reimbursement: Many insurance plans cover at least a portion of psychological services with a registered psychologist. You will be given a receipt for each session that includes all the information needed to submit to your insurance company (ie., Blue Cross, Green Shield, Manulife, etc.). It is advised that you contact your insurance company prior to the  initial session to determine if therapy sessions are covered and how many sessions you are offered through your employer.

Types of Payments

Cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or electronic funds transfer are currently accepted methods of payment. Fees are due at the time of the session, unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is important to us. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us with 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.00.
